Receptionist Wanted for Short-Term Assignment

We are now looking for receptionists for a short-term assignment of 2 months during the tire season. Do you want to be the face of our client and create memorable experiences for visitors? About the Position

As a receptionist, you will welcome customers coming in to change tires on their cars. You will receive and manage bookings and ensure the flow of customers runs smoothly. It is a fast-paced environment as many cars come in each day. The assignment starts immediately and runs until mid-May, with the possibility of extension after the assignment ends.

About You

We are looking for someone who has a passion for customer service. You have the ability to create strong and respectful relationships and love meeting new people. You are proactive, responsible, and can quickly adapt to changes. Your energy and joy are contagious to both the team and customers. It is important that you can combine service with a sales focus to provide our customers with a fantastic experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in the automotive industry or retail, where customer contact has been a central part of the work, is preferred. A background in sales or event planning can also be advantageous, as well as education in marketing or communication. The ability to work flexibly and manage multiple tasks simultaneously will facilitate your role.
